One of my favorite spots for photo sessions is Coquina Beach in South Nags Head for it’s unspoiled dunes and beaches. For this couple’s engagement session we started out at Bodie Island Lighthouse which is directly across the street from this beach. They are such a sweet and fun couple and we spent an hour and a half shooting which is the normal time I allot for engagement sessions. It was a gorgeous day and we had lots of golden light. I am really looking forward to their wedding this summer.
